Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Bentley Funeral Home in Wilton. Burial will be at the Oakdale Cemetery in Wilton. Mr. Strong was born on Feb. 27, 1936, in Eldon, the son of Walter and Ella Wright Strong. He married Barbara Mitchell in 1954 in Madison, Wis. He was employed as a CPA. He attended the First Presbyterian Church in Wilton. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his birth mother, Blanche Lewman.
