Funeral services will be held in Mark's hometown of Ankeny, Iowa, 10 a.m., Saturday December 22, 2012, at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, with burial to follow at Ankeny Memorial Gardens.
Mark was born in Ankeny, Iowa to Irene and Henry Wilkins. He graduated from Ankeny High School in 1968. Mark was an avid cyclist and outdoorsman, was a loving father, brother and friend and will be greatly missed by countless loved ones.
He is survived by his sons; Christopher and Matthew Wilkins, their mother Deborah Wilkins, his daughter-in-law Nicole Wilkins, mother Irene Wilkins, sister Maureen Wilkins and brother Henry Wilkins.
Mark is preceded in death by his father Henry Wilkins.
