Double Funeral At Cross Roads Monday
A double funeral was held at the Cross Roads Christian Church last Monday afternoon as the last rites for Mrs. Sarha Catherine Hale and Paul Thomas.

Paul Morris Thomas, 23 years old, of Claxton was killed Sunday afternoon when he fell beneath an Illinois Central freight train near Dawson Springs.
Paul Morris was born November 27th, 1910 and was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Milton Thomas. Besides his parents, he leaves three sisters, Kate and Capitola Thomas and Mrs. Walter Farmer; a grandfather, W J Morris; a grandmother, Mrs. Eph Thomas and a host of other relatives.
The double funeral , under the direction of Revs. D. D. Dugan and Corbin Adcock, was held at the Crossroads Christian Church and interment occurred in the church cemetery.
