Erma G. Doll, 90, of East Stroudsburg, died Thursday, April 27, in Pocono Medical Center, East Stroudsburg. She was the widow of Lloyd A. Doll, who died in 1978.
Born on March 28, 1910, in Easton, she was a daughter of the late Edward Reinheimer and the late Myrtle (Siptroth) Reinheimer Weber and lived in Monroe County for most of her life.
She had worked at the Monroe Silk Mills from 1969 until retiring in 1997 and prior to that had worked at Gottier Ribbon Mill and Sommers Ribbon Mill. During her working years, she made ribbons used for Military Medals.
Erma was a member of the Grace Lutheran Church in East Stroudsburg.
Surviving are two sons, Darrell A. Doll and his wife, Sylvia, of East Stroudsburg and Lester A. Doll of Saylorsburg; two grandsons, Lester Doll Jr. and Dennis Doll, both of Easton, Md.; two granddaughters, Melissa Doll and Amanda Doll, both of Saylorsburg; a step grandson, Jorge A. Nino of Hampton, Va.; a step great grandson, Skyler A. Nino of Hampton, Va.; a half brother, Oliver Weber of Stroudsburg; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 1, at 10 a.m. from the William H. Clark Funeral Home, 1003 Main Street, Stroudsburg, with the Rev. Kathleen Ash-Flashner officiating. Burial will follow in Prospect Cemetery, East Stroudsburg.
There will be a viewing on Sunday evening, April 30, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the William H. Clark Funeral Home, 1003 Main Street, Stroudsburg.
The family has requested that memorial contributions be made to Grace Lutheran Church, 25 Lackawanna Avenue, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301.
