Obituary -- Orlando Sentinel on July 14, 2007:

KING, CLAUDIA F., 64, of Greenfield, MA, died peacefully at home on July 12,2007. Born Dec. 17,1942 in Atlanta, GA, the daughter of Robert and Elsie (Aiken) King. She graduated from Henry W. Grady High School in Atlanta and attended Erskine College in Due West, SC. She was employed by the McCann-Erikson Advertising Agency in Atlanta for 32 years. Claudia is survived by her companion of ten years, Shelly Lively, of Greenfield; a brother, Rev. Ray A. King, DD, of Highlands, NC; a sister, Carol King Luebke, of Maitland, FL; cousins, W. Chris Sheils, MD, of Augusta, GA, Jean Aldredge, of Atlanta, GA; nephews, Ray A. King, Jr., Wayne Starr and his wife Sue, Jon Luebke; nieces, Kay Stranges and her husband Steve Stranges, MD, Lisa Rapson and husband Rick, Dorothy Lawrence and husband Rob, Christine Schmid and husband John; several great nieces and nephews.

Claudia was predeceased by her parents and a young nephew, Robert B. Luebke, III. She moved to Greenfield from Maitland in 2005 and fell in love with New England at once. Her real passion was sharing with people, whether a loving family member or a welcome "hello" to passers-by in the city or in the country. She praised "God, The Lord, Jesus Christ and The Holy Spirit". She was an angel on earth with a loving heart. She will be deeply missed by family and friends A memorial service will take place July 18 at 2PM at the First Congregational Church in Greenfield. Memorial donations may be sent to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701. Smith-Kelleher Funeral Home of Greenfield is assisting the family.
