Glen H. Hicks, 78 of Stockton, passed away at home surrounded by his
loving family on Monday, October 15, 2012. He was born September 15,
1934 in Deer, Arkansas and grew up in Stockton. Glen worked as a
Wood Specialist fabricating and maintaining helicopter blades for
38 years, retiring in 2000. He enjoyed woodworking, the outdoors,
hunting, fishing and photography.
Glen is survived by wife, Elaine, son, Glen Hicks II and his wife Lori,
daughter, Cheryl Valles and her husband Raul Jr., all of Stockton.
Survived by grandson, Michael Hicks, his wife Sylvia, and their children
Gracie, Leah, Cassidy, and Cheyenne, of Stockton.
Survived by brothers, Dolen Hicks and his wife Shirley, of Stockton,
Paul Hicks and his wife Kathy, of Crescent City. Sister, Sue Walters and
her husband Kenneth, of Stockton.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 27, 2012 at
2:00PM at the home of Glen & Lori Hicks.
Inurnment will be private at Cherokee Memorial Park.
