Melissa A. Henry, 20, of 40 Irish Gap Road, Penn Township, died Thursday, June 10, 1999 at Carlisle Hospital.
Born April 15, 1979 in Carlisle, she was a daughter of Glenda K. Cornman Miley and stepfather Donald B. Ridgley of Newville and her father, Roger Miley of Fayetteville.
A 1997 graduate of Big Spring High School, Mrs. Henry was a certified nursing assistant at Claremont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Middlesex Township. She was a member of Hays Grove United Methodist Church, Newville.
In addition to her parents, surviving are her husband, Michael A. Henry; one daughter, Elizabeth R., at home; her grandmothers, Lottie Cornman of Newville and Eva Miley of Shippensburg; one sister, Jennifer Miller of Fayetteville; and one niece.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Huntsdale Church of the Brethren, Carlisle, with the Rev. Jan. E. Custer officiating. Burial will be in Huntsdale Church of the Brethren Cemetery, Penn Township. Friends may call from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church.
