Phillip Trivett, 87 of the Mt. Hermon Community passed away Thursday, December 20, 2012 at the Monroe Health and Rehab Center in Tompkinsville.
He is survived by his wife: Rosie Trivett and his brothers: Schyler Trivett and wife Sue of Fountain Run, J.T. Trivett and wife Aren of the Mount Hermon Community and Harold Trivett and wife Panzy of Beech Grove, Indiana.
Funeral services for Phillip Trivett will be at 1PM Saturday, December 22, 2012 at the Fountain Run Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Bethlehem Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4PM to 8PM Friday, December 21, 2012 and after 8AM Saturday, December 22, 2012 at the funeral home.
Family suggest memorial contributions be made to the Bethlehem Cemetery Fund.
