Otis W. Johnson, 79, Spring Hill, died yesterday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Ruth Terry, 8647 Hayes, Overland Park. He was born in Holliday in Johnson County and lived in Spring Hill 31 years. He was a retired farmer. Also surviving are his wife, Mrs. Elsie Johnson of the home; another daughter, Mrs. Zelda Parker, Rye, Colo.; three sons, Otis W. Johnson, 2648 North Twenty-first, Kansas City, Kansas; Eugene Johnson, 1715 Troup, Kansas City, Kansas, and Robert R. Johnson, 8702 East One Hundred Fourteenth terrace; six brothers, H. E. Johnson and Orla Johnson, both of Idaho; Omer M. Johnson, 2821 Cissna, Kansas City, Kansas; W. B. Johnson, Olathe; Raymond Johnson, 2503 Forty-fifth avenue, Kansas City, Kansas, and Myron Johnson, Los Angeles; a sister, Mrs. Bertha Baker, Santa Monica, Calif., and 18 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 2 o'clock Friday at the Bruce chapel, Spring Hill; cremation. The family requests no flowers. Friends may call from 7 to 9 tonight at the chapel.
