Kimberly Parnell, 51, of Canadian died Friday, November 30, 2012, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Services were held at the First Christian Church with the Rev. Kade Curry officiating. Burial followed in Edith Ford Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Hughs Funeral Home of Canadian.
Kimberly was born November 29, 1961, in Canadian to George Morrow and Verna Beth (Litchfield) Morrow. She was a 1980 graduate of Canadian High School and received her degree in business education from Texas Tech University in 1984. She married David Parnell on May 30, 1981, in Canadian. Kimberly worked for the Canadian Insurance Agency as managing agent from 1995 until her passing. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Kirk Morrow, on September 7, 2011.
She is survived by her husband, David Parnell of Canadian; a son, Jay Parnell of Canadian, a daughter, Kristin Campos and husband Ed of Lubbock; her parents, George and Verna Beth Morrow of Canadian; two brothers, Van Morrow of Canadian and Guy Morrow and wife Laura of San Angelo; two nephews, M.T. and Ty Morrow, both of Canadian; a niece, Bailey Morrow of Ainsworth, Nebraska; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Sid and Janet Parnell of Canadian; and her sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Mary Alice Hughes and John of Canadian and Lakewood, Colorado.
