Mr. Eddie Ray Cook, life long resident of Dyer, Lake, and Obion county died Dec 18,2012 at Henry County HealthCare Center.
Mr. Cook was born May 1, 1937.
He was seventy-five years old.
He was preceded in death by his spouse, Dorothy Hogan Cook, a twin sister Ada Faye Cook, and a sister Judy Taylor.
He is survived by a brother Joe T. Cook, of Rio Rancho, NM, a sister Rose Preslar of Paris, TN and a sister Jane Fowler of Dyerburg, TN. He is survived by a step-son Lenard Briggs of Jefferson City, TN and a step-daughter Dianna Schultz of Morristown, TN.
His body is to be cremated with a memorial service to be Friday, December 21, 2012, 5-7 pm at Curry's Chapel in Ridgely, TN.
Interment will be in Dandrige, TN with his wife.
