Jason Keith Monroe, 39, Indianapolis, formerly of Logansport, passed away at 8:55 a.m. on Sunday, December 16, 2012, in his residence.

Born September 13, 1973, in San Antonio, Texas, he was the son of Donald and Pamela Guy Monroe.

Jason was married to Lea Monroe, who survives.

His mother and step-father, Pamela and Jerry Ault, survive, residing in Lafayette. His father and step-mother survive, Donald and Diana Monroe, residing in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Jason was employed at Quest Information Systems of Indianapolis. A 1991 graduate of Logansport High School, Jason was a veteran of the United States Navy.

Also surviving are his children, Brooke Monroe and Gavin Monroe, both of Indianapolis; a sister and brother-in-law, Donna and Ken Noe, Greenwood, and a maternal grandfather, Keith Guy, Logansport,

Preceding in death were his paternal grandparents, Everett and Loreen Monroe, a maternal grandmother, Gertrude "Trudy" Guy, and several aunts and uncles.

The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, December 22, 2012, at Trinity Episcopal Church, Logansport, with Father Clark Miller officiating.

Burial will be in Ever-Rest Memorial Park, Logansport.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday at Kroeger Funeral Home, Logansport.
