MANNING, Mr. Ralph R. Manning, 85, passed away Friday, November 24, 2011 at Monroe County Hospital. Mr. Manning, a lifelong resident of Monroe County, lived in Frisco City. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Frisco City. He was an electrician in industrial construction. He retired from Alabama River Pulp company.

Mr. Manning was a WW II Veteran of the United States Navy. He was a member of the American Legion Post 1983 in Montgomery, Alabama.

Funeral arrangements will be Monday, November 28, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Monroe Chapel Funeral Home. Burial will be in Union Cemetery in Frisco City. Visitation for Mr. Manning will be Monday, November 29th from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Honor Flight South Alabama, P.O. Box 7406, Spanish Fort, AL 36527.
