Early Joe Shirey, 85, of Warren, Mich., died recently at the Father Murray Nursing home, Center Line, Michigan.
The funeral was at Ford Funeral Home with the REv. Wilfred Holmes-Walker officiating. Burial was in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Detroit.
He was retired from Chrysler Corp. and was an active member and bowler with Warren Senior Citizens.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Pearl Shirey; three daughters, Mrs. Gene Sharron, Mrs. Elaine Greenway and Mrs. Helen Guilliaems; nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
