Born in East Stroudsburg on June 30, 1939, he was a son to the late Robert and Marion (Ace) Cruse. Robert was an active member of East Stroudsburg United Methodist Church where he volunteered for church functions. He was also an avid sports fan and loved to attend the Cavaliers football and basketball games. Bobby also attended the Lab School in East Stroudsburg.
Surviving are his sisters: Kathy Silfee and her husband Garry with whom he resided in Stroudsburg, Judy Middagh and her husband Donald of Stroudsburg; brother: Ronald Cruse of Stroudsburg; 1 niece, 2 nephews, 3 great nieces, and 2 great nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 23, 2012 at 10:30 A.M. at the Lanterman & Allen Funeral Home, Inc., 27 Washington Street, East Stroudsburg, with his pastor Rev. Dr. Edward C. Kimes officiating. Interment will follow in Prospect Cemetery, Prospect Street, East Stroudsburg.
A Public visitation will be held on Friday evening June 22, 2012 at the funeral home from 6:00 P.M. till 8:00 P.M.
