Funeral services were held at the Mannford Funeral Home Chapel in Mannford, Oklahoma. Pastor Mickey White of the Lakeside Church of Christ, Sand Springs, Oklahoma, officiated. Pallbearers were Albert Chesmore, Kelly McFarland, Paul McFarland, Adam Vaughn, Bobby Speir, Kevin McFarland and Curtis McFarland. Special service music included "Go Rest High On That Mountain" and "How Great Thou Art".
Vera was married to Tex Williams.
At the families request, Vera was cremated and her cremains were given to the family for later interment at Oak Hill Cemetery.
