John Henry High of Masontown Dies Suddenly Tuesday

John Henry High, well known resident of the Masontown district, and founder of High's blacksmith shop at Woodside, died suddenly Tuesday at his home.

He was born May 28, 1854, a son of the late Joseph and Elizabeth Honsaker High.

Surviving are: His widow, Mrs. Frances High; three sons, Joseph E. High, of Pittsburgh; Albert, of Woodside, and Lloyd High, of Masontown; one brother, Nicholas High, of Woodside, and one sister, Mrs. Alice Frost, of Balsinger.

Funeral services will be conducted in Jacob's Lutheran church in charge of the pastor, Rev. F. C. H. Scholz, the time to be announced later.

Burial in the church cemetery.
