Ephfram A. Walding

ARANSAS PASS -- Ephfram Alexander Walding, 72, died at 2:55 p.m. Saturday in a local hospital after a long illness.
He was born in Polk County and had live here 40 years. He was a retired employee of the Humble Pipeline Co. He was a member of the Aransas Pass Odd Fellows Lodge No. 759 and a life-member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars at Ingleside, Post 76228.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by Cage-Marshall Funeral Home.
Survivors include a son, Bill Powell, and daughter, Mrs. Helen Orr, of Corpus Christi.
Other survivors are his wife, Ella; three other sons, Curtis Walding of Westminister, Calif., John Walding, with the U. S. Army in Vietnam, and Buddy Powell of Aransas Pass; five other daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Ives of National City, Calif., Mrs. Ruth Barton of Seadrift, Mrs. Dorothy McCullough of Aransas Pass, Mrs. Linda Cady of Houston and Mrs. Susan Morris of McLouth, Kan.; a brother, Roscoe Walding of Houston; a sister, Mrs. Corrie Moorman of Baytown; 20 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
