Joe Carr, 52, rural El Paso, passed away at 3:46 a.m. Sunday (Dec. 16, 2012) at BroMenn Regional Medical Center, Normal.
He was born June 19, 1960 in Bloomington, son of John and Doris L. Potter Carr. He was preceded in death by his parents; his stepfather, Richard White and his nephew, Ryan Carr. He married Terri Hodel on Aug. 18, 1979. She survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Josh (Julie) Carr, Chris Carr and Luke (Allison) Carr; two brothers, Thomas (Gladys) Carr and Tim (Donna) Carr; one sister, April Carr; two stepbrothers, Lance (June) White and Nathan (Vickey) White; many nieces and nephews and his grandchildren, Will and Hannah with one on the way.
