Billie Kay Farmer, 69, of Bandana, KY died Tuesday, July 8, 2008 at Salem Springlake Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Survivors include two daughters, Cindy Kirk of Salem and Andrea Fondaw of Bandana.

Services were held at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 10 at Boyd Funeral Home in Salem with Bro. Harold Rittenberry officiating. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. at Newton's Cemetery with Bro. Tony DeWeese officiating.
