Funeral services for Mrs. John Hudson, 69, of the Mimosa community, were conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday afternoon at Higgins Funeral Home by I. C. Pullias. Burial was in Riverview Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Hudson died Saturday afternoon at Lincoln County Hospital after a short illness.
The former Avis Alice Pamplin, she was a native of Lincoln County, daughter of the late W. A. and Sarah Hanks Pamplin.
She was a member of the Mimosa Church of Christ.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son, Hershel Hudson, of Fayetteville; one brother, Jennings Pamplin of Lincoln County; four grandchildren.
