HAZEL CHAMBERS
Hazel M. Chamber, 83, of 606 Elm St. Neosho, died at 2:25 a.m. December 7, 1995, at Freeman Neosho Hospital, after an illness of several months.
Mrs. Chambers was born July 31, 1912, at May, Okla. She moved to Neosho from Texas in 1952. she was a homemaker, and a member of Northside Baptist Church, Neosho. She married Hilary Chambers on Dec. 23, 1933, at Raton, N.M. He died July 31, 1980.
Survivors include a daughter, Coeta Baker, Granby, a son, Marvin chambers, Moore, Okla., two brothers, Rolland Fleming, Raton, N.M. and Dale Fleming, Farley, N.M., seven grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Clark Funeral Home, Neosho with Rev. Terry Swagerty officiating. Burial will be in Hazelgreen Cemetery, Boulder City, southeast of Neosho, with Darol Franks, Rick Frankey, Larry Chalmers, Dallas Kelly, Steve Kelly and Jim Cole serving as pallbearers. Friends may call anytime after 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, where the family will received friends from 1:30 to 8:39 p.m. Saturday. The casket will be closed at the time of the service.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Northside Baptist Church, or Granby Baptist Church building fund, in care of the funeral home.
