George Ross, son of Levi and Mary (Hardbarger) Ross was born May 11, 1942 in Stilwell, Oklahoma and departed this life to be with our Lord on December 9, 2012 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 70 years, 6 months and 28 days. George was a Christian and was a member of the Chuculate Baptist Church. He loved doing many different things for his church and church family. He was involved with church activities and he loved to sing Cherokee hymns. After a life of hard work he loved being retired. He spent most of his time with his grandchildren. His favorite hobby was cooking hog meat for different communities or special events. George was preceded in death by both parents, one son, Anthony Allen Ross, one brother; Ronnie Faye Ross and one sister; Emma Jane (Ross) Swimmer.
