Isabelle (Tucker) Purdue, 77, of Lafayette, died Saturday morning in a Pinellas Park, FL, hospital following surgery. She was spending the winter there. Born in Portland, TN, she was married in 1905 to William Purdue, who died Nov. 18, 1958. Mrs. Purdue was a member of Otterbein Methodist Church, Rebekah lodge and Klondike Grange.

Surviving is a son, James V. Purdue of Pinellas Park, FL; a daughter, Mrs. Lavenia Case of Detroit, MI; a brother, Leverette Tucker of Portland, TN; and a sister, Mrs. Stella Keys of Gallatin, TN. Services March 18, Vogel Funeral Chapel, Otterbein, the Rev. James Wire officiating; internment Tippecanoe Memory Gardens.
