Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Saturday, February 24, at Lacock-Bentley Funeral Home in Durant, with Pastor David Lawson officiating. Pallbearers are Ray Pratt, Mitch Stuhr, Dusty Pratt, Jerry Pratt, Scott Pratt and Christopher Dorris. Burial will be in the Durant Cemetery, Durant, Iowa.
Carol Lee Hinrichs was born March 26, 1938, in Muscatine, the daughter of John and Virginia (Laucamp) Hinrichs. She married Harold Eugene Wiese on February 1, 1956, in Bennett. She enjoyed playing Bingo. Above all, she loved spending time with her family.
Surviving are her husband, Harold; two daughters, Debra (Raymond) Pratt of New Liberty and Dawn (Mitchell) Stuhr of Wilton; two sons, Dale (Tammy) Wiese of Bennett and Devin Wiese of Tipton; seven grandchildren; her mother, Virginia Lenihan of Aitkin, MN; and one sister, Sandy Morris of Iowa City.
She was preceded in death by her father and one grandson, Kyle Wiese.
