Vladimir Nikolaevich Druzhinin-He was a Soviet state and party leader, a Hero of the Soviet Union during the Soviet-German War, an active participant in the partisan movement in Ukraine, the Chernihiv Commissioner-Volyn partisan connections. He was the deputy of Supreme Soviet of the USSR III-VI and convocations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of IInd convocation.
