Dempsey Marvin Hartin died on Sunday, Dec. 114, 1975 in Spartanburg General Hospital, following a lengthy illness. Widower of Mrs. Estelle Lloyd Hartin and native of Rutherford County, NC. Son of the late Edward and Eugenia Fetner Hartin and a retired textile employee. Member of the Cleveland Park Bible Church and the Woodmen of the World. A U. S. Army World War II Veteran. Survivors included: three daughters; three sons; one sister. He was 81 years of age at demise and interment was in the Greenlawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
