Obit: Funeral services for Herbert H (Mike) Hahn, 49 year-old Erie County commissioner who had served only eight months in the post were conducted Tuesday afternoon at the Berlin Heights Congregational Church, the Rev. Clarence Colwell officiating. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery. Mr. Hahn was born and raised in Berlin Twp. And was a member of the Congregational Church of Berlin Heights: Lake View Lodge,Knights of Pythias, and was a Berlin Twp. trustee for 15 years prior to becoming a member of the county commission.
Survivors include: his widow Florence: two sons Herbert Jr. and (still living) both at home: three brothers; Edward, Walter, and Carl."
