Mrs. Laura Belle Neal age 88 of Cave Spring, GA went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 25, 2012 at the residence of her daughter and son-in-law Alvin and Bernice Jackson, after an extended illness.

Mrs. Laura Belle Wilburn Neal was born in Indianapolis, Indiana to Early and Almeda Wilburn. She was raised by her grandparents in Piedmont, Alabama. She later moved to Cave Spring, Georgia where she spent the rest of her life as a homemaker. Mrs. Laura Belle Neal was united in Holy Matrimony to Mr. Roy Neal, and were married for over fifty years until he preceded her in death on March 1991.

Mrs. Laura always loved people most of all she loved the Lord. She was an active member of New Hope Baptist Church where she sang in the choir, served on the Usher Board and many other capacities in the church.

Mrs. Laura Belle departed this life on October 25, 2012. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one son; James Nelson Neal, one sister; Bessie Mae Bobo, and two grandsons; Kenneth Hood and Eddie Ware.

She leaves to cherish her loving memories two children; Bernice Neal(Alvin) Jackson, Eddie (Elnora) Hood, nine grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren, one cousin LC Baker, and a host of nieces and nephews, three special friends; Beatrice Chambers, Rosa Mae Barnett, and Natherlean Smith.
