Dec. 18, 1933 - Dec. 4, 2012 OKLAHOMA CITY Memorial services for Leola Mae Kuykendall, 78, of OKC, will be held Friday, December 7, 2012, 2pm at the St. Ann's Nursing Home Chapel, 9400 S. St. Ann Dr., OKC. Under the direction of Huber-Reynolds Funeral Home of Minco. Leola was born on December 18, 1933 at Minco to Adam Leo and Mary Alice (Dunlap) Hiskett. She passed away on Tuesday, December 4, 2012, at S. Ann's Nursing Home. Leola was raised in the Minco community and attended Minco Schools. She married and moved to OKC. She was a homemaker and a wonderful mother and grandmother. Leola suffered from dementia for 12 years. Leola was preceded in death by her parents Adam and Alice Hiskett, and a grandson Adam Halbert Kuykendall. Leola is survived by her children H.G. Kuykendall, Jr. and wife Debra of Edmond, Terry Glen Kukykendall and wife Claudia of Owasso, OK, Vicki Brock and husband Mike of OKC, Leslie Kuykendall of OKC and David ''D.W.'' Hanks of Edmond; 2 sisters Mary Jane Foreman of Bethany and Donna Jo Percival and husband Victor of Enid; 9 grandchildren Stephanie Lee and husband Bryan, Kimberly Kuykendall, Angela Kuykendall, Kelly Lunsford and husband Anthony, Tracy Black and husband Adam, Boston Brock, Madison Brock, Cole Karns, H.G. Karns; 4 great grandsons Elijah Belcher, Matthew Fernandez, River Black and Cruise Black; and 1 great great grandson on-the-way Major Black.
