Oroville, California to Melvin and Lennia Fowler. Frank retired from P.G.T, a branch of P.G. & E. he served in the United States Army, with a tour in Alaska. He was a member of the Moose Lodge 519 where he participated as a loyal member, was their administrator for over four years and received the Pilgrim Degree, the highest honor given to a lodge member. He enjoyed, over the years playing golf, fishing, camping with family and good friends Bruce and
Sylvia Robertson and their son Eric. He also enjoyed wood crafting of toys for his grandchildren and working with his wife making many varieties of bird houses. His wife Nellie & he were married for 59 years on Thanksgiving which was shared with his family. Frank
is his wife's gentle giant, and a hero to his children. He is so beloved by both family and friends. Frank passed away on December 11, 2012 in Oroville, California. He will be missed and remembered with love and respect.
His Family… Frank is survived by his loving wife Nellie, 4
sons, John, Glenn, Russ, & David and 2 daughters, Teresa
Finkenkeller, and Tammy Tennigkeit, his brother's Melvin, Ray, & Larry his sister Betty Keyes and 29 grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his son Frank Jr., and his parents Melvin Sr. and Lennia.
His Farewell Service …A Visitation will be held on
Tuesday, December 18, 2012 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Ramsey Funeral Home 1175 Robinson Street Oroville. Private family service will be held on Wednesday, December 19, 2012. Arrangements are entrusted to Ramsey Funeral Home 530-534-3877.
