She was a homemaker, the widow of the late William Osborne Christopher, Sr., and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Douglas, Ga.
Survivors include two sons, Bill Christopher of Moultrie, and Ben Christopher of Brandon, Fla.; one sister, Carolyn O'Berry of Douglas; one brother, Hal Henderson of Tifton, Ga.; six grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 11 am Saturday, September 5, 1998 at the First United Methodist Church in Douglas, Ga. with Rev James E. Duke Jr. officiating. Internment followed at the Douglas City Cemetery.
Sims Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
