Dolores Mizell Oxner, 82, of Cabot formerly of Marianna, went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 10, 2012. She was born in West Helena, Arkansas, on March 28, 1930 to the late Conard C. Mizell and Frieda Irene (Miller) Motsch.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Marianna and a Sears catalog store manager for 34 years in Marianna.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years, John Oxner; daughter, Priscilla Morris (Bobby) of Cabot, AR; two sons, Jimmy Oxner (Jan) of Marianna, AR, and Dwight Oxner (Debbie) of Beebe, AR; sister, Sonja Grady ; brother, Dudley Mizell of South Carolina; seven grandchildren and seventeen great – grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 13, 2012 at the First United Methodist Church in Marianna. Burial will follow in Marianna Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Seig Johnson officiating. Visitation will be from 6-8 pm, Wednesday at Roller- Citizens Funeral Home in Marianna.
Arrangements are under the direction of Roller- McNutt Funeral Home in Conway.
Pallbearers will be Brian and Barbara Morris, Terry and Hayley Helms, Britt Morris, Heath and Trish Oxner, Brad and Nicki Oxner, Brett and Amy Tullos, John and Kim Oxner.
