He was born October 15, 1934 in Kidder, KY to the late Grover William and Lonnie Mae (Flynn) Morrow.
Billy was a member of the Mt. Zion Wesleyan Church and retired from Chrysler Corporation in 1995 following 42½ years of service. He loved gardening, especially roses and tomatoes. Billy also enjoyed traveling and spending time with his dog, Heidi.
Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Barbara Kay (Winslow) Morrow of New Castle; his son, Bruce A. (wife, Sheryl) Morrow of New Castle; two grandchildren, Mark A. (wife, Amy) Morrow of New Castle and Amanda R. Morrow of New Castle; two great grandchildren, Landree and Landen Morrow both of New Castle; brothers-in-law, Hugh (wife, Mary) Winslow of Muncie and Jeffrey (wife, Alice) Winslow of Indianapolis; sisters-in-law, Judy (husband, Dennis) Neal of Muncie and Cindy (husband, Mike) Hamilton of New Castle; several nieces and nephews including, Bill (wife, Debbie) Eden of Kokomo, John (wife, Cathy) Eden of KY, Amy (husband, Joe) Blevins of Dunreith, and Betty (husband, James) Stickler of New Castle.
In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by his son, Scott Morrow in 1993; and a sister, Bonnel Eden; granddaughter, Staci Lynn Morrow in 1985; grandsons, Daniel Joseph Morrow in 1991 and David Scott Morrow in 1993.
Services will be at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, December 13, 2012 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle with Reverend Robert Van Cise officiating. Burial will follow in South Mound Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4-8 P.M. Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at the funeral home.
