Mrs. Stuckey lived at 614 South Holly Street. She was born in Columbia, the daughter of the late H. F. Brown and Carrie Watts Brown. She was a member of Main Street Methodist church, where she was a member of the Wesley Fellowship Class.
Survivors include two daughters, Sonja Lou Stuckey of Winthrop College and Betty Ann Stuckey of Columbia; three sons, Melton, Henry and Charles Stuckey, all of Columbia; two sisters, Mrs. R. J. Williamson of Columbia and Mrs. Herbert Hodges of Millington, Tenn., four brothers, David U. Brown of Columbia, Owen E., Brown of Jacksonville, Fla., Peter (Pete) T. Brown of Columbia and Frank S. Brown of Columbia; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Active pallbearers will be Carl Stuckey, Henry Stuckey, Jr., Walter E. Harris, L. E. High, Artie Kind and Jesse Heise.
