Mrs. Warren died Sunday, December 9, 2012 at her home. She was born December 30, 1921 at Mill Creek, Oklahoma to Herbert and Eula Goodson Bulman. She attended Mill Creek schools and graduated from Mill Creek High School. She received a Bachelor's degree from East Central University in Ada and a Master's degree from the University of Oklahoma. She married Wendell Jones in March 1944. He preceded her in death in October, 1944. She later married Hugh Warren on June 1, 1946 at Ft. Smith, Arkansas. He preceded her death on January 9, 1994. Mrs. Warren taught business at Ada High School for 40 years, retiring in 1984. Mrs. Warren was the Ada City Schools Teacher of the Year and inducted into the Ada Schools Hall of Fame. She was also in the East Central University Educator's Hall of Fame. Mrs. Warren was a member of the Salvation Army Ladies Auxiliary and a member of the Oklahoma Retired Teachers Association. She was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by a sister, Mardelle Penner; brother, John Bulman; and a grandson, Hugh Bronson Warren, III. Bearers will be Rick Thompson, Josh Thompson, Will Thompson, David Bulman, Harris Penner and Dewey Runyan.
