Mrs. Jesse Deyo, New Paltz Resident
Mrs. Jesse Deyo, 85, Modena Road, New Paltz, died in the Kingston Hospital yesterday. The former Mary Lorenzen, she was born in Denmark, Nov. 20, 1876, the daughter of Andy and Anna Lorenzen.
A resident of this country for many years, Mrs. Deyo was a member of the New Paltz Reformed church. She is survived by her husband, two sons, Charles, New Paltz, and Donald, Cornwall-on-Hudson; three daughters. Anna Morehouse, Wenonah, N.J., Dorothy Wickes, Wallkill; and Helen Mertz, New Paltz; one sister, Mrs. Bennie Langwick, New Paltz; and several nephews and nieces.
Services, 2 o'clock, Thursday afternoon, will take place at the Pine Funeral home, New Paltz, with the Rev. Garret Wullschleger officiating. Interment will be in the New Paltz Rural cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home, tomorrow afternoon and night.
