Funeral services for Joshua "Josh" Jordan Richardson 38, of West Monroe, will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at Fair Park Baptist Church. Rev. Waymond Warren and Don DeLukie will officiate.
Interment will follow at Wilkes Family Cemetery Farmerville, LA under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
Josh was a member of Fair Park Baptist Church and he coached and umpired Dixie Youth Baseball and coached WOYSA football. He coached Will in soccer, baseball, football and basketball. Josh had a love for LSU and Saints Football. During his high school and college years, he served as a counselor for Med Camps of Louisiana, a summer camp for disabled and terminally ill children. Josh attended Louisiana Delta Community College and was a substitute teacher for the OPSB.
Memorial donations may be made to Fair Park Baptist Church and Med Camps of Louisiana.
Josh is survived by his wife, Meredith Richardson; son, Wilson "Will" Jordan Richardson; mother, Phyllis Hall Grigson; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Lynn and Charles Heard; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Jessica and Ryan Walling; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Benjamin F. Hall and grandparents, Jake and Erma Jean Richardson.
