Mrs. Mary Alice Hahn, aged 79 years, widow of David H. Hahn, died Saturday at 10:25 p.m. at her home, 231 Mulberry Avenue, of heart trouble. She had been in ill health for the last two years and had been confined to her bed since last Thursday.

She was born at Rouzerville, the daughter of William S. and Catherine (Null) Whitmore and had lived in Waynesboro for fifty-seven years.

She was a member of the First United Brethren Church and the Women's Missionary Society of that church.

Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Motter Thompson, Waynesboro and two sons Howard, at home and Grover, Waynesboro. Seven Grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and one great great grandchild, one brother John E. Whitmore, Rouzerville and a sister, Mrs. Annie Murray, Baltimore, also survive.

The funeral will be held Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock from the Grove Funeral Home, with services at the First United Brethren Church at 2 o'clock in charge of the Rev. O. M. Ankerbrand. Interment will be in Green Hill Cemetery.

The body may be viewed tonight between the hours of 7 and 9 o'clock at the Grove Funeral Home.
