They continued living in France where they had their first daughter, Deborah, in Verdun in 1955. In 1956, the three returned to Portland, OR, where her second daughter, Pamila, was born in 1957. They lived there until 1959 when her husband began college in Klamath Falls, OR.

With her husband's degree in hand, she and the family moved to Las Vegas, NV, living there from 1959 to 1966, then to Albany, OR, in early 1966, and finally moving to Idaho Falls, ID, on December 26, 1966 where she had her third child and first son, William, in 1971. She lived in Idaho Falls for the remainder of her life.
