Myrtle LaVerne Riley, owner of Sun Realty, Beaverton, died Friday in a local nursing home at age 71.
Funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in Riverview Cemetery chapel, with interment in Riverview Cemetery.
Mrs. Riley, who lived at 17595 SW Bany Road, Beaverton, was born Dec. 11, 1903, in Provo, Utah, and moved to the Portland area in 1939.
She is survived by foster son, Jerry Schreiner of Beaverton.
