Emma Evelyn O'Kelley Tate, age 88, of Social Circle, died on November 28, 2012. She was born in Walton County to the late Mattie Towns O'Kelley and the late martin O'Kelley. She was preceded in death by her husband, the late Henry Grady Tate. Surviving are: daughters and sons-in-law, Cheryl and Sammy O'Kelley of Social Circle, Kaye and Charles Shumate of Social Circle; sister, Sybil Isaac of Branford FL; 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 1, 2012 at Social Circle City Cemetery with the Rev. Jeff Clegg officiating. Meadows Funeral Home, Inc. was in charge of arrangements.
