MRS. IVA CABLE; LOWELL - Mrs. Iva Cable, 84, died Wednesday at Jacksonville, Fla., after a long illness. She was born at Grand Falls Plantation May 31,1877, the daughter of Charles and Carolyn (Owen) Preble. She had lived most of her life at Lowell and had resided at Jacksonville for the past six years. While in Lowell she was active in the Ladies Aid. Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Lorna Fox of Millington, Tenn.; seven nieces and five nephews. Funeral sevices will be held Monday at 2 pm.m at the Barton Funeral Home with the Rev. Frederick Robie, pastor of the Congregational Church, officiating. Spring burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Bangor.
