Gulfport, MS ~ Charles A. Huddleston, Sr. was born in Biloxi, MS to the late Maude Williams and the late Booker Huddleston. He passed away Tuesday, December 4, 2012 in Gulfport, MS at the age of 67.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Gerald Williams.
Charles' life, love, and memories will be treasured by his wife: Shirley Huddleston; daughter: Sherron Huddleston; two sons: Charles (Kim) Huddleston, Jr., and Paul Huddleston, Sr. all of Gulfport; sister: Audrie Harper of Virginia Beach, VA; brother: George Williams of Biloxi; 8 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; 3 god children; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Mr. Huddleston will lay in state at Marshall Life Center 6-8PM Monday, December 10, 2012. Services will be 11AM Tuesday, December 11 at St. Paul UMC in Biloxi, where the pastor, Rev. Lindsey Robinson, will deliver his eulogy. Visitation will be at the church 2 hours prior to service time. Vernon Gilbert Lodge No. 576 of the I.B.P.O.E. of W. will render the Ritualistic Burial Service for Bro. Huddleston. Burial will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery, where he will receive military honors.
Charles Huddleston personally requested the professionalism of Marshall Funeral Home.
