LAMBERT - Flora M., 83, Buckstown, went to join her husband June 29, 2011, at Windber Medical Center. Born Aug. 13, 1927, in Fairhope, daughter of John and Binnie (Tipton) McQuade. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Philip J.; and brothers, Leon, Paul, Gilbert and Guy McQuade. Survived by children, Gary L., married to the former Opal M. VanCooney, Zanesville, Ohio; Binnie Miller, and fiance, Robert Zeigler, Berlin; Ivan L., married to the former Cheryle Galloway, Pittsburgh; and Marilyn L. Baker, and husband, William A., Berlin; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and sister, Mary Landis, Berlin. A 1945 graduate of Berlin Brothersvalley High School. Member of First Christian Church, Somerset, and Berlin Area Historical Society. She enjoyed gardening, her cats and her friends and family. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and from noon until time of service at 2 p.m. Friday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin, the Rev. John Barchey, officiating.
