"Mrs. Della Allen

Mrs. Della M. Allen, 81, of Minford, Rt. 1, died at 8:30 a.m. today at Diver Rest Home in Chillicothe. She had been ill several years with a heart ailment.

Surviving are five sons, Wilbur of Zanesville, Ohio, Wilford of Maplewood, Ohio, Cleo of Marysville Ohio, Marvin of DeGraff, Ohio, and Ferdie, 3030 Walnut St.; three daughters, Mrs. Helen Shoemaker and Mrs. Hazel Dever, both of Minford Rt. 1, and Mrs. Hilda West of Mason, Ohio; a sister, Mrs. Goldie Murphy of Canal Winchester, Ohio; 19 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Allen was preceded in death by her husband, Alva Ethan Allen, parents, four brothers, three sisters, a grandchild and three great-grand-children.

She was of the Reorganized Church of Latter Day Saints faith.

Funeral services are pending under the direction of Erwin-Dodson Funeral Home. Burial is to be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Saturday."
