   Charlotte S. Griswold, better known as Lottie, was the middle of three children born to Clark Augustus Griswold and Fanny (Dean) Griswold.
   Lottie married Charles Melvin Wilkinson on September 6, 1871 in Northville and the family soon moved to Detroit where Charles worked as a lawyer. They had a son Charles in 1873 but in 1880 Lottie gave birth to daughter Gracie on Sept. 11 1880 and died on Sept. 29, aged 30 years. Gracie died the following May. Mother and daughter were buried at Yerkes Cemetery, Northville, Michigan
