Survived by five sons, Sean McGuire of Detroit, Michael McGuire of San Francisco, Victor Tenoa Alexander and Roy Canler, both of Indianapolis, and Jay McGuire in Missouri; four daughters, Glinder (Eugene) Alexander of Tyler, Texas, Ruth Ann (Freddie) Jones in Maryland, Kisa Smith of Fort Wayne, Ind., and Zekeya Hatch of Atlanta, Ga.; two brothers, Jeff (Jo Ann) Holmes of Danville and Benny Holmes of Defiance, Ohio; three sisters, Sharon Rose Perry in California, Cheryl Mason of Defiance and Mary Jo Holmes of Danville.
Preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, a sister and a nephew.
