SP5 "Tony" Stevenson was thrown from and run over by a tank while serving with C Troop, 1st Squad, 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment, attached to the USARV in Long Khanh, South Vietnam. A 1966 graduate of Permian High School, in Odessa, Texas. Recipient of the Combat Infantryman's Badge, Bronze Star, Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, and RVN Honor Medal. His name is located on 8W, Line 50 of the Vietnam Memorial. Son of Ed and Juanita Stevenson. Survived by a wife and daughter.
