Barbara was born July 11, 1926 in Beaumont, Texas to Theodore Clyde Collier and Sallie Hogeland Collier.
She was a lifelong Port Arthur resident and retired director of Port Arthur Day Nursery. She was a longtime member of the United Methodist Temple and was also a member of ADPI Sorority, BPO DOES, Texas PTA, Service League of Port Arthur, Floribunda Garden Club, and numerous other organizations.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Theodore Clyde "Teddy" Collier, Jr. and son-in-law, Paul Trosclair, Jr.
Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Walter Breaux; daughter, Pam Trosclair; son, Walter J. "Joe" Breaux, III and wife, Suzanne; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
Burial: Greenlawn Memorial Park, Groves, Texas.
